Polished Plaster is a term that we refer to as an umbrella term, meaning in our eyes it covers a wide range of finishes and effects, not just plaster effects. Our Perla finish which has been used on this beautful property in Wembley north London is technically a paint as opposed to a polished plaster but the effect is still created by using small steel trowels to move the material around on the wall surface to achieve the desired effect.

This particular colour was a silver/cream tone which worked really well on this project bouncing the natural light and synthetic light around the open hallway areas and staircases. Perla is a great alternative to polished plaster firstly because of its quick installation time making it a cheaper alternative to polished plaster finishes and secondly its is durable and very easy to repair without great cost!
